Modern Home Plan & Renders

I have a residential concept that needs to move from idea to visuals. First, I need a clear plan drawing—something that lays out walls, openings, and key dimensions so the builder can read it at a glance. On top of that plan, I want photoreal 3-D renders:

• One hero shot of the exterior front in a distinctly modern style, celebrating a glass-and-steel palette. Think clean lines, generous glazing, and slim framing that shows off the structure without clutter.

• Four interior renders that together capture the feel of the living room and kitchen—different angles, day-lit ambience, finishes that match the exterior language, and enough detail to convey cabinetry, furniture placement, lighting, and textures.

Please work in whichever tool you prefer (SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Twinmotion, or similar), as long as the final images arrive in high-resolution JPEG/PNG and I receive the editable model file alongside the 2-D plan (PDF + DWG).
