Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I’m refreshing a residential property and want every decision to revolve around a clean, modern aesthetic. The main focus is the kitchen and the open-plan living area, yet I need the exterior façade and any adjoining patio spaces to feel like a seamless extension of what happens inside.
Here’s what I’m expecting from you:
• Concept mood board that captures the overall modern direction.
• Scaled floor plans and elevations for the kitchen, living zone, and façade.
• Photorealistic 3D renders (day and night) illustrating interior viewpoints plus at least two exterior angles.
• Annotated material and finishes palette I can hand directly to contractors.
• Source list with product names and links for fixtures, fittings, and outdoor elements.
You are free to work in SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or any comparable software—as long as final files arrive in formats I can review easily (PDF for drawings, JPG/PNG for stills, and the native model file).
Acceptance criteria
1. Floor plans and elevations scale accurately to the measurements I supply.
2. Renders show true-to-life lighting and textures in line with the agreed palette.
3. All files are delivered in an organized folder structure and are editable.
