• Space-planning layouts and dimensioned floorplans so installers can work from precise measurements.
• Photorealistic 3D renders—at least three angles per room—that clearly show materials, lighting, and furniture placement.
• An editable source file in the software you’re most comfortable with (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar) plus a concise shopping/spec list so I can source finishes and furnishings locally.
