Modern Healthcare Interior Walkthrough
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I need a full-length, cinematic 3D walkthrough that lets viewers move seamlessly through a modern health-care centre comprising 4 private GP consulting rooms, 1 dedicated dental surgery suite, 2 minor op rooms, and the surrounding reception and waiting areas. Because no reference imagery or style guide is available, you’ll develop the entire space from scratch, applying your own design judgment while keeping every finish, fixture and furnishing contemporary and professional.
Glass walls to view into the board room and one glass wall for the office behind the reception, glass walls separating the consulting room and the treatment room.
The deliverable is a finished video in a production-ready format (4K preferred) that features:
• High-fidelity modelling of walls, ceilings, joinery, medical equipment and loose furniture
• Physically accurate materials and lighting so metal, glass, upholstery and clinical surfaces feel real
• Smooth, cinematic camera paths that guide the viewer logically from reception through common areas into GP rooms and on to the dental surgery
• Subtle detail touches—dynamic depth of field, soft shadows, balanced colour grading—that elevate the final render from a simple fly-through to a persuasive marketing tool
Any proven pipeline—Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Cinema 4D, Unreal, etc.—is welcome as long as it produces clean geometry, minimal noise and true-to-life lighting. You’ll work independently, provide milestone previews for feedback, then hand over the final edit along with the project files so minor tweaks remain possible in-house.
