Modern Front 3D Elevation Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m ready to move from floor plans to a striking visual of my two-story (G+2) under-construction home and need a photorealistic 3D front elevation that captures a clean, contemporary look. I would like to add a lift on the left side of the house (as shown on attached image), which decided later stage of floor plan. The style must be Modern and should prominently feature a balanced mix of glass and brick to keep the façade sleek yet warm.
Key architectural accents I’d like you to weave in: generous balconies especially for the first floor which will be used for sitting area. I am open to any design that adhere to natural lights and mix of contemporary and modern design. Subtle LED lighting recesses, minimalist railings, and thoughtful landscaping are welcome touches if they enhance the overall composition without cluttering the view.
I’m comfortable with whichever tool you work best in—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Blender—as long as the final output looks polished and can be shared in both high-resolution JPEG/PNG for presentation and the original 3D file for future edits.
Deliverables
• Two to three different design renders
• The editable 3D model file
• One/Two round of minor revisions to fine-tune colors, textures, or lighting
If the initial draft nails the modern vibe with the requested glass-brick scheme and integrates the balconies and roof terrace seamlessly, we’ll be all set. Feel free to share a brief note on your workflow and any similar façades you’ve rendered so I can gauge alignment before we kick off.
