Modern Facade & Elevation Sketch
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The floor plan for my new build is complete; what I still need is a clear, well–proportioned exterior concept rendered in a modern style. From that plan you will translate wall positions, openings and massing into:
• A façade sketch that captures material breaks, rhythm and overall curb appeal
• At least one full elevation (front) and one secondary elevation (side or rear) showing heights, window alignment and roof lines
Hand-drawn or digitally sketched work is fine so long as line weight, scale indications and key dimensions are readable. PDF or high-resolution PNG delivery works best for me, and layered CAD or SketchUp files are a plus if you already draft that way.
I’ll supply the floor plan, site photos and basic zoning limits the moment we start. The finished sketches should clearly express the modern aesthetic—clean lines, minimal ornamentation, balanced glazing—to guide both planning approval and 3D visualization later on. Two quick revision passes are included so we can fine-tune proportions or openings.
