Modern Exterior 3D Visualization

I need a photorealistic 3D model and set of exterior renders that present a modern-style house for architectural visualization. The goal is to communicate form, materials, and lighting in a way that helps clients and planners understand the design before any construction moves forward.

Scope
– Model the full exterior from my 2D plans and elevations (PDF and DWG).
– Apply contemporary materials—smooth render, glass, timber accents, and dark metal—as shown in the references I will supply.
– Create a clean daytime scene with natural lighting plus an evening shot that highlights interior glow.
– Produce at least four high-resolution still images (4K preferred) and give me the native project file (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Rhino) along with OBJ/FBX exports.

Technical Notes
PBR textures, realistic vegetation proxies, and physically accurate lighting are essential. Feel free to work in V-Ray, Corona, Cycles, or Lumion as long as the final output meets the quality benchmarks in the inspiration images I’ll share.

Delivery & Approval
I’ll review a white-clay draft to lock the massing, followed by a textured preview for material sign-off. Final approval comes once full-quality renders and source files are handed over.
