Modern Exterior Rendering & Sourcing

I already have full 2-D drawings for a four-storey residence and now need them translated into a photorealistic, modern exterior concept. The look should combine wood, brick and generous glass surfaces; beyond that I’m happy to hear fresh colour ideas that complement those materials.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A set of high-resolution 3-D renders that show the building from key street- and garden-side angles, plus one dusk or night shot to showcase lighting.
• A concise material board listing the exact cladding profiles, bricks, glazing systems, exterior light fittings and any other visible elements you specify—each item paired with real-world purchase links or local supplier details so I can order them directly.
• Source files from your preferred software (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.) so my architect can make minor adjustments later if needed.

Accuracy to the provided plans is essential, but I welcome creative freedom in massing tweaks such as façade articulation, balconies or pergolas—as long as structural footprints remain intact.
