Modern 3D Elevation & Walkthrough

I have a complete set of architectural drawings and now need them brought to life in a modern style. The task includes three connected deliverables:

• A photo-realistic 3D elevation that clearly reflects the clean, contemporary lines shown in my plans.
• A seamless walkthrough video that moves through both the exterior and interior, giving viewers a true sense of flow from outside landscaping right into each furnished room.
• Still renders that emphasise three key features I want to showcase: well-planned landscaping, dramatic lighting schemes (day and night), and thoughtful furniture placement.

Please work in whichever software you are most comfortable with—Lumion, Twinmotion, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender, Unreal, etc.—as long as the final files include:

1. High-resolution JPEG/PNG elevations and interior/exterior stills.
2. An MP4 walkthrough in Full HD (or better) with smooth camera paths and subtle transitions.
3. Source files so future edits remain possible.

Accuracy to my drawings is crucial; wall heights, window positions, and material finishes must match the plans exactly. I will share DWG/PDF files and reference images once we start. A quick preview or clay render early in the process will help confirm camera angles and overall composition before you move on to full texturing and lighting. Looking forward to seeing the design take shape in 3D.
