I’m preparing to launch a new restaurant-style café and want the entire space to embody a clean, modern aesthetic. The job centers on translating that style into a welcoming, functional hospitality environment that maximizes customer flow while highlighting contemporary design elements.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A cohesive concept mood board that shows the overall look, colour palette and material suggestions.
• Scaled floor plan with furniture layout and circulation clearly marked.
• Key elevations or 3D views that illustrate focal areas such as the service counter, seating zones and feature wall.
• A concise finishes schedule listing paints, tiles, lighting fixtures and loose furniture so I can source locally with confidence.

I’ll share site measurements and brand guidelines as soon as we start, and I’m happy to jump on quick calls for feedback rounds. Final files should arrive in PDF for presentation plus source formats (SketchUp, Revit or similar) so small tweaks are easy later.
