Modern Bathroom & Kitchen 3D Renders

I have several renovation projects on my desk and I need photorealistic, modern-style 3D drawings that cover both the bathrooms and the kitchens. I will supply you with floor plans, fixture schedules and a mood board the moment we start; what I need back—quickly—is a set of visuals that allows my client to understand finishes, layout and lighting at a glance.

Because timing is critical, I’m looking for someone who can jump in right away and deliver the first round of still renders within days, then refine them with any mark-ups I provide. You’re free to work in the tool you know best—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Blender, Revit, whichever you feel gets the sleek, modern look spot-on—as long as the end result is high-resolution, ready for print and presentation.

Deliverables
• 4–6 high-res renders per room (bathroom & kitchen) showing key angles
• Editable source files so I can tweak materials later if needed
• A brief walkthrough on any custom textures or lighting rigs you build
