Modern Bathroom Design Concept

The task is to create a complete modern-style design package for my bathroom, guiding everything from layout to finishes. I’ll provide room dimensions, current photos, and any architectural constraints as soon as the project starts; you translate that information into a cohesive concept that feels fresh, functional, and easy to execute with locally available materials.

Scope of work
• Space planning that optimises the current footprint for circulation, storage, and plumbing points.
• Selection of fixtures, fittings, lighting, and accessories that reflect a clean modern aesthetic.
• A materials and colour palette—neutral, bold, or a balanced mix—backed by supplier references so I can purchase with confidence.
• 3D visualisations (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable) plus annotated elevations and a floor plan in PDF/CAD that a contractor can build from.

Acceptance criteria
• All drawings at correct scale with clear dimensions.
• Minimum of two high-resolution perspective renders that accurately represent proposed finishes and lighting.
• A concise specification sheet listing product names, codes, and quantities.
