Project Overview:
I am looking to hire an experienced interior designer to design my 3BHK, 1150 sq. ft. apartment in Mumbai. The execution will be done by my contractor, but I need a designer to create the complete design package with all required details, drawings, and 3D renders.
The design theme I want is modern, minimalistic, and earthy, with efficient space utilisation, clean lines, and a soothing natural palette.
Scope of Work:
1. Concept & Design Development
Mood boards for each room
Material palette (earthy tones, wood textures, natural finishes, neutral colours)
Style refinement for minimalistic, functional, clutter-free design
2. Detailed Space Planning
Layouts for all rooms
Furniture placement
Storage planning (including hidden storage, modular options, wardrobe design)
Optimising natural light and ventilation
3. 3D Rendered Images
High-quality 3D renders for:
Living + Dining area
Kitchen
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Balcony
Passage + Entrance
Utility spaces and Foyer
Multiple angle renders for each area
4. Technical Drawings (For Contractor Execution)
Dimensioned floor plans
Furniture detail drawings
Electrical layout
False ceiling layout
Lighting plan
Plumbing fixture drawings (where needed)
Modular kitchen drawings
Wardrobe and storage detail drawings
Paint & wall finish detailing
5. Material Specifications
Material selection with brand references
Colour codes & finish specifications
Recommendations for tiles, laminates, paints, veneers, lights, fixtures, fittings, furniture, etc.

Few rounds of revisions for layouts and renders until finalization
