Modern 3D Architectural Plans for Real Estate project launch includes Plans and 3D House designs

I need a complete set of 3D architectural plans for a new real-estate development in Hyderabad. The scope centres on the common areas and shared facilities⁠—lobbies, corridors, club house, gym, rooftop deck and similar spaces⁠—all presented in a crisp, modern style.

You will receive my 2D CAD drawings and site measurements. From these, create an accurate, editable 3D model and photorealistic interior renders that clearly communicate layout, materiality and lighting to both the developer team and potential investors.

Deliverables
• Fully editable 3D model in Revit, SketchUp or a compatible format
• Dimension-correct floor plans, sections and elevations (DWG & PDF)
• Minimum five high-resolution interior renders showcasing the modern aesthetic of each common area
• Consistent layer naming, true-scale geometry and clean file organisation suitable for hand-off to structural and MEP consultants

Timeline: first draft model within 7 days, final package within 14.
