Modern 3D Architectural Model and Visuals

I need an architectural 3D model for a modern-style development. The project requires both interior and exterior details.

Key deliverables:
- 3D model and Building Interior and Exterior Design Visuals
- High-quality CGIs :
4no CGIs : Development setting. Whole development within existing setting i.e. 2no street and 2no garden views.
15no CGIs : Building Interiors
Views within building integrating furnishings, lighting, copyright animation elements etc. Interior elements to be agreed with project architect.
- Detailed floor plans - 6no CGIs : Rendered plan axonometric sections/ floor plans.
- Walkthrough animation: Building interiors fly- through

The work to be agreed with project architect

Optional : AR Augmented Reality AR (Android and iPhone compatible) To be linked to buildings (they are being built) to represent ideas for furnishing internal spaces.

Final raw files with copyrights to be transferred to Client for full copyright ownership.




Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in architectural 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max)
- Strong background in modern architectural design
- Experience in creating photorealistic CGIs and walkthroughs
- Attention to detail in both interior and exterior modeling

Project description:

Small residential development comprising 8no terraced dwellings:
· 7no prototype units (same)
· 1no unit with additional basement space) while above ground building matches other 7 units.

2D architectural design layouts (pdfs and CAD) will be supplied upon appointment.
