3D Modeling Specialist for Architectural Project

Looking for an expert 3D modeler to convert architectural survey data into a clean, accurate SketchUp 2020 file, and model a proposed new dwelling. My Budget is $100 but the only problem is that im working for a client and will only be able to pay you once the client pays me its urgent please

The project involves a large house in the UK.

What you will be working with:
- Existing survey data captured via Matterport (Available as OBJ and E57 point cloud files).

Deliverables Required:
1. A highly accurate 3D SketchUp 2020 model of the existing structure based on the survey data.
2. Modeling of the new proposed dwelling options/modifications into the site.
3. High-quality 3D views/renderings of the different options so the client can decide which route to progress to construction.

Requirements:
- Must have proven experience working with Matterport data, OBJ, or E57 point clouds in SketchUp.
- Must deliver the final source file in SketchUp 2020 format.
- Ability to work quickly and maintain clean layering.

2. At least one example or screenshot showing a model you created from a Matterport scan, OBJ, or E57 point cloud.
