Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 3D Modeler with a strong background in creating and optimizing high-quality 3D assets, particularly architectural models, for web and real-time applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in industry-standard modeling software and possess a deep understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) and real-time rendering theory to deliver fast, visually stunning, and highly optimized models of structures and environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, model, texture, and rig high-quality 3D assets, with a significant focus on detailed architectural models (buildings, interior spaces, and hard-surface props).
- Optimize 3D models rigorously for efficient performance in web environments, with a focus on delivering assets in the GLTF/GLB format.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of assets into web and real-time applications (e.g., using technologies like Three.js).
- Apply advanced 3D visualization and rendering theory (lighting, materials, shading) to achieve photorealistic or stylized visual targets, especially for spatial designs.
- Maintain an organized asset pipeline and adhere to project naming conventions and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise and fluency in one or more major 3D creation suites, such as Blender or 3ds Max.
- Architectural Modeling Experience: Extensive practical experience creating detailed, accurate, and high-quality Architectural Models for visualization or real-time use.
- Web Optimization: Proven experience producing High-Quality Web Optimized Models and deep working knowledge of the GLTF/GLB standard.
- Visualization Theory: Deep understanding and practical experience in 3D Visualization and Rendering Theory (PBR, lighting, topology, UV mapping).
- Portfolio: A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 3D modeling for real-time applications, with clear examples of architectural work.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Real-Time Expertise: Experience and proficiency with a real-time engine like Unreal Engine (or Unity) for asset preparation and visualization.
- Software/IT Background: Previous experience or a formal background in IT or Software Development.
- Web Ecosystem Familiarity: Experience with or familiarity in the React/Three.js web ecosystem, including: React-Three-Fiber (Three Fiber), Drei, Three Rapier (or other web physics libraries).
