Mixed-Use Modern Interior Visuals
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m preparing interior design proposals for a new mixed-use building and need persuasive, photo-realistic visuals that capture a refined modern mood. The scope covers two distinct zones: private residential units and street-level commercial spaces.
My architectural team will supply floor plans, sections, and reference images; your task is to turn those drawings into engaging 3D scenes that communicate layout, finishes, lighting, and furniture selections clearly enough for stakeholders to sign off.
Deliverables
• High-resolution still renders (night and day where relevant) for each residential unit type and every commercial concept
• Native 3D scene files plus exported OBJ/FBX for internal tweaks
• A concise material and colour palette board for both zones
I’m comfortable with industry-standard pipelines—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Blender + Cycles—so pick whichever keeps your workflow smooth, as long as output remains consistent across areas. Please indicate your preferred toolset, estimated turnaround, and any similar mixed-use projects you’ve visualised.
Project Description:
The building has 4 floors, as follows:
________________________________________
1st Floor – Commercial Space (approx. 130m²):
This floor is intended for a commercial unit, such as a bank, a small medical clinic, or possibly a lab.
We need multiple interior renderings that reflect these types of professional spaces.
Required:
• 6–7 interior images showing the space as a small medical clinic or a bank branch.
________________________________________
2nd Floor – Two Apartments (each approx. 63–65m²):
Each apartment includes:
Living Room,Bedroom,Small Room (can be used as a child's room or office),Kitchen/Dining,Bathroom,Balcony
The second and third floors are identical, so we only need images of one apartment layout.
________________________________________
3rd Floor – Same as 2nd Floor:
• Identical layout – no additional images required.
________________________________________
4th Floor – Penthouse (Private):
• This unit is not for sale and does not require any visuals.
________________________________________
Summary of Required Visuals:
1. Exterior:
• 6–7 images of the building exterior from various angles (street view, aerial view, surroundings, night/day versions)
2. Interior – Commercial Unit (1st Floor):
• 6–7 images as a small medical clinic or bank interior
3. Interior – Apartment (but just for ONE Apartment (2nd/3rd Floor):
• 7–8 images covering all key areas of the 63–65m² apartment.
