Milan Office Layout & Render
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m redesigning the headquarters of monforte(dot)it in Milan and have attached the DWG files (4 m ceiling height).
Important Note: The primary goal of this contest is to select the professional who will partner with us on the full, paid design project for our new headquarters. The 100 USD contest prize acts merely as an expense reimbursement for this initial selection process.
From you I need two tangible outcomes:
A complete space-planning layout in DWG/PDF that fits everything we require.
One high-quality render of the area you feel best expresses the concept.
The scheme must accommodate: a relaxing employee lounge, 20 workstations, a technical office with benches for computer maintenance, a training classroom and a handful of small interview/phone rooms. Keep most of the floor open so natural daylight continues to flood the space.
We need 2 bathrooms on the First floor and two on the other floor.
Design cues: a clean Moderno language, with metal as the dominant furnishing material. In the lounge, comfort comes before showiness or tech gimmicks, so think generous seating and welcoming proportions.
Feel free to organise the zones as you see fit—just be sure the circulation feels fluid and the 4 m volume is celebrated, not hidden.
When you submit, I’ll look for:
A readable, scaled plan that clearly labels every zone.
A render (JPG/PNG, 3000 px min) faithful to the plan and the chosen modern-metal palette.
If anything is unclear, ask me before you start so we nail it first time.
