Manufacturing Plant CAD & 3D Concept

I need a clean, accurate CAD model and companion 3-D render that lets stakeholders grasp the overall look of our new manufacturing plant at a glance. This is strictly a concept-level exercise, so the focus is on the exterior massing—simple volumes that show roof lines, loading bays, office block, and any distinguishing features—but nothing as detailed as textures, façade materials, or interior fittings. To be clear: I am looking to see the road access, tree lines, rail access, exterior of the Plant office and operation building, workshop, and a smaller Petrochemical plant next to it, with safety demarkation, etc. I will supply a hand-drawn layout and some images.

You are free to work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or any mainstream package, as long as the output can be shared in DWG (or equivalent) and a lightweight 3-D format suitable for quick orbiting during meetings. High-resolution still images (JPEG/PNG) from two or three key angles will round out the deliverable set.

Acceptance will hinge on:
• Accurate footprint and basic proportions taken from the site plan I’ll supply.
• Clean geometry that imports without errors into AutoCAD.
• Renders that clearly communicate scale and massing in daylight conditions.
