Man Cave/Cottage Creation from Concept to 3D Render

I am planning to build a 900 sq ft man cave / cottage and need professional help to:
• Take my basic dimensions & rough layout ideas
• Translate them into a concept floor plan
• Create 3D renders (interior + exterior) to visualize the design
• Ensure the design is architecturally viable (load-bearing walls, placement of windows, plumbing, electrical considerations, etc.)

I only have rough sketches and ideas at this stage — the selected freelancer will need to help refine the concept and make it practical.

• Open to ideas, but leaning toward Hunting lodge , industrial loft , cabin style
• Cozy, functional, and stylish.
• Space will include lounge/Bar , bedroom , small kitchenette and small washroom

Deliverables Required:
1. 2D Concept Floor Plan (based on my dimensions & ideas)
2. 3D Exterior Render (to visualize overall look)
3. 3D Interior Renders (2–3 key angles: lounge, bar, bedroom, etc.)
4. Architectural drawings / basic technical viability suggestions
Requirements for Applicants:
• Experience with 3D visualization & architectural rendering
• Portfolio showcasing residential / cottage / small home projects
• Ability to communicate clearly & collaborate on refining ideas
• Familiarity with Indian building standards is a plus
