I am seeking a skilled 3D rendering artist to produce premium-quality renderings and a 3D
walkthrough of a standard size Container Home (12.2m x 2.5m wide). The required output is 7-star
hotel presentation quality ■ suitable for high-end marketing and client showcases.
Project Scope
This project covers one dwelling. There will be up to three dwellings in total. If you deliver the first
project on time and on budget, you will be given the remaining two dwellings as follow-on projects.
Deliverables
• Exterior Renderings: Minimum of 3 perspectives (different angles, high-resolution, suitable for
website and marketing).
• Interior Renderings: Minimum of 5 renderings (showcasing different interior designs and
finishes).
• High-resolution final files for both web and print use.
• Optional Part 2: Full animated walkthrough video (interior and exterior).
Pricing Structure
• Part 1 ■ 3D Model & Renderings: Includes minimum of 3 exterior perspectives and 5 interior
renderings. Deadline: 7 days.
• Part 2 ■ Walkthrough Video: Full animated walkthrough of dwelling (interior and exterior).
Deadline: 10 days.
Milestone Payments
• 50% ■ when all still renderings are delivered (5 interior and 3 exterior), covering the
complete scope of Part 1.
• 100% ■ upon delivery and approval of the walkthrough video (Part 2).
Requirements
• Proven experience in architectural rendering and 3D modeling
• Ability to deliver photorealistic, luxury-standard renderings
• Must liaise directly with Nat (our architect) for technical accuracy
• Final deliverables must be in high-resolution formats, suitable for web and print
Important Conditions
• Submit your final price only, with a clear split between Part 1 and Part 2.
• Do not submit placeholder bids (e.g., $250) and then increase them later.
• The price you submit is the only price that will be accepted.
