I’m ready to turn a spacious, five-plus-bedroom concept into a build-ready reality and need a complete architectural package—everything from the floor plans to a polished 3D site model. The overall look should feel contemporary, yet “with a touch of traditional” so the spaces stay warm and inviting instead of starkly modern.
Here’s what I’ll need from you:
• Accurate, scaled architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections) suitable for submission to my local engineer
• A site layout that positions the house, driveway, landscaping, and pool area on the lot
• A fully textured 3D model and high-resolution renders (front, rear, aerial, and one night view) that clearly communicate massing and materials
• Source files in DWG/Revit or SketchUp plus print-ready PDFs
• At least two revision passes once I review the initial set
