Landscape Render for Urban Planning - caravan park

I need a photorealistic landscape‐focused architectural render that will help me communicate an urban-planning concept to local stakeholders. The model should clearly show terrain, proposed pathways, green spaces, and surrounding built context so decision-makers can visualise how the area will look once the plan is implemented.

I will supply site plans, reference photos, and CAD files; high resolution photos you translate them into an engaging 3-dimensional scene using your preferred software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray—whatever gets us the best mix of realism and quick iteration).

Deliverables I expect:
• 3 high-resolution still (4K or higher) from the most persuasive viewpoint
• A layered source file so I can request minor tweaks later
• Fast turnaround on one round of revisions after the first draft
