Hybrid Pergola 3D Concept
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a complete 3-dimensional concept for a hybrid pergola that will be fixed to an existing single-family house. The structure must read as unmistakably modern, built in metal, with one half roofed in monocrystalline photovoltaic panels and the other half shaded by an integrated retractable awning.
Under this roof I want to see a fully planned indoor-outdoor living hub: a compact kitchen for food prep and serving, a comfortable lounge zone, a swimming pool, and a discrete WC. When the family wants privacy—or simply shelter from wind and rain—the entire perimeter should be able to close with tasteful glazed or louvered panels. When open, it should feel like an airy pavilion that blurs the line between house and garden.
What I expect from you:
• A detailed 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, Blender, or similar) showing the metal frame, PV array, awning mechanism, movable enclosures, lighting, and all built-in furnishings
• High-resolution still renders—day and night—to illustrate atmosphere, material finishes, and the photovoltaic side in action
• A short animation or walkthrough so we can experience the transition from open to closed mode
• Basic layout drawings with dimensions that my local contractor can reference
Accurate sunlight studies, realistic pool placement, and thoughtful circulation around the kitchen and lounge will be key acceptance criteria. If you have experience blending renewable tech with architectural leisure spaces, I would love to see examples in your proposal.
