Houseplaner Modern 3D Interior Designs (URGENT NEEDED)
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have my renovation floor plan set up in Houseplaner and now need it brought to life in 3D so I can see exactly how every choice will look before construction begins. The objective is purely visualisation for renovation, not marketing or staging, so accuracy to the existing measurements is critical while allowing me to experiment freely with finishes, lighting and furniture placements.
The aesthetic I’m aiming for is Modern—clean lines, light-filled spaces and a restrained palette that still feels warm and livable. You can assume multiple rooms will be involved (living, kitchen, bedrooms and any adjoining areas), and I’ll share the current .hpn project file plus reference photos of inspiration spaces once we start.
I expect:
• A fully editable Houseplaner model reflecting the current layout
• High-resolution, photoreal still renders from key viewpoints
• Optional extras such as a simple walkthrough or 360 panorama if the workflow makes it easy
Please keep the model organised in layers/groups so I can make minor tweaks later, and name all materials clearly. If you use any external rendering engine (Twinmotion, Lumion, V-Ray, etc.) let me know so I can open or update the scene myself in the future.
