High-Detail Township 3D Visuals

I need photorealistic 3D visuals and a polished video that present my planned township in its best light for marketing and promotion. The master plan covers both residential areas and commercial spaces, so the renderings must clearly communicate how these zones flow together, highlight the lifestyle on offer, and convince buyers and stakeholders at first glance.

The brief calls for a high level of detail—textures, landscaping, lighting, people, vehicles, day-to-night ambience—all crafted to feel lived-in and aspirational. Think cinematic fly-through rather than a schematic walk-through.

To keep everything clear, here’s what I expect to receive:
