High Detail Property Renderings

I need two photorealistic images of a lifestyle property: a frontal hero view and a clean bird’s-eye shot. The house follows a traditional architectural language, and I want it rendered with full-scale materials, rich textures, and realistic lighting that captures a warm, late-afternoon mood.

Gardens and plants should wrap the building naturally—think layered beds, flowering borders, and well-kept lawn—but please leave out water features, patios, or outdoor furniture for now. I will provide measured drawings and reference photos so you can model everything accurately before moving on to texturing and light setup.

Deliverables
• 1 high-resolution frontal render (minimum 4 K PNG or JPG)
• 1 high-resolution top view render (minimum 4 K)
• Original, editable 3D file

Acceptance criteria
• Traditional style elements clearly visible (roof pitch, trim, window profiles)
• Planting scheme feels lush yet believable, with proper shadows and reflections
• Lighting and materials hold up at close zoom without noise or artifacts
• Final files delivered within seven days of receiving my drawings

I usually work with SketchUp and have Cad file of the floorplan. When you reply, please mention the software you prefer and include at least one comparable render from your portfolio so I can gauge fit.
