Full Modern 3D Flat Design

I’ve just purchased a new flat and now need a complete 3-dimensional interior concept that covers every space—living room with open-plan kitchen, both bedrooms, bathrooms, and the balcony. I’m after a clean, modern aesthetic that leans on neutral tones for walls, furnishings, and finishes; think warm greys, soft whites, and light woods with subtle texture rather than bold statement colours.
What I expect from you is an accurate digital model of the entire apartment and a set of photorealistic renders that clearly communicate layout, materials, lighting, and furniture placement. If you prefer working in SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, Blender, or even Revit, that’s fine so long as the final imagery looks realistic and I receive the native files alongside high-resolution JPEG/PNG outputs.
Key deliverables
• A single coordinated 3D model of the full flat
• Four to six hero renders per area (living/kitchen, each bedroom, both bathrooms, balcony)
• One top-down furnished floor-plan render for quick reference
I’ll provide the architectural blueprint in DWG/PDF and rough furniture ideas once we start. Please keep an eye on usable circulation space and natural light.
