3D Floor Plan Creation

I'm looking for a freelancer to create a 3D floor plan based on existing floor plans I will provide.

Requirements:
- Basic layout with minimal detail
- Coverage of the entire property
- Ability to accurately interpret and render from provided floor plans

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Experience with architectural visualization
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work from provided floor plans

Please provide samples of previous work.

We need a model where we can change things move walls etc so this would be in the preliminary design stages
