Exterior 3D Renders for 4-Story Residential Building

We are seeking an experienced architectural visualization specialist or studio to produce high-quality exterior 3D renders for a residential building project.

The project consists of a 4-story residential building with roof level. The objective is to create realistic exterior perspectives suitable for presentation, marketing, and social media usage.

Scope of Work

- Full 3D modeling of the building exterior
- Application of materials and textures as specified by client/architect
- Lighting setup and realistic rendering
- Post-processing and final image enhancement

Deliverables

- 4 main exterior renders covering all building corners
- 3 additional exterior renders (angles selected by client)
- High-resolution rendered images
- Export formats optimized for:
- Social media (Instagram / TikTok / Stories)
- Desktop and presentation screens

Optional Add-On
3D animation render (up to 40 seconds) including post-production editing.
