Exterior Home Makeover Rendering

I’m updating the look of my house and need a realistic exterior rendering that captures two key changes:
• the existing brickwork painted in a clean, crisp white
• all fascia, eavestroughs, and downspouts finished in black for contrast

Please take the landscape design I’ve already received a quote for and show it in place so I can see the full curb-appeal before committing. I don’t have reference photos for the color mix, so I’ll rely on your suggestions for the exact paint shade and sheen that will pair well with the dark trim.

Final artwork must be delivered as a high-resolution PDF suitable for printing and sharing with my contractor. If you want to send a low-res draft first for feedback, that’s fine; the signed-off version just needs to arrive in PDF.

Experience with photorealistic architectural visualization tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar is preferred—anything that will make the brick texture, shadows, and new plantings feel true to life.
