Detailed Architectural 3D Model

I need a fully developed architectural 3D model that covers both the exterior façade and every interior space. The model has to be presentation-ready, accurate to scale, and cleanly organised so I can move straight into client walk-throughs and later construction documentation.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind:
• You’ll start from the 2D CAD drawings, sketches, or reference photos I provide.
• Model all walls, floors, ceilings, structural elements, built-ins, and exterior features, then add furnishings, fixtures, landscaping, and site context to achieve a realistic look.
• Apply basic materials and assign clear layer or group naming; I primarily work in AutoCAD, so a native .dwg plus an exchange file (.fbx, .skp, or similar) will keep things compatible.
• Set up a few cameras and daylight lighting so I can generate stills once I receive the file.

Deliverables
1. Native model file in your software of choice
2. Cleanly exported .dwg and .fbx (or equivalent)
3. Four to six high-resolution preview renders showing key interior rooms and each exterior elevation
