I need a concise but compelling visual package that lets me test the feasibility of a mid-rise, mixed-use development on Los Angeles’ Crenshaw Corridor. The emphasis is residential, yet the ground floor must feel alive with retail; above, tenants should enjoy community amenities such as an on-site gym and accessible rooftop open space. Think clean, modern architecture that fits an urban, pedestrian-oriented streetscape.
Here’s what I am expecting:
• Conceptual site plan showing basic massing, circulation and open-space layout.
• Building envelope studies that respect the corridor’s height and setback standards.
• One or two exterior 3-D renderings from the street to convey overall character.
