Create Interior Render Masks for Configurator

Interior Render Masking for Furniture, Tables and Flooring Material Configurator



I need a Photoshop expert or architectural visualization artist to prepare four interior renders for a web-based material and texture configurator.

The four scenes are:

* Kitchen
* Bathroom
* Bedroom
* Living room

The editable areas will mainly be:

* Furniture and cabinetry
* Tables, countertops and islands
* Flooring
* Wardrobes, drawers and storage units
* Decorative wall panels, only where applicable

Users will select different wood, color, stone and flooring textures and apply them to these surfaces.

* Create separate PNG alpha masks for each editable furniture surface.
* Create masks for tables, countertops and kitchen islands.
* Create one accurate mask for the floor in each room.
* Separate cabinet doors, drawers, wardrobes and panels when they require independent material changes.
* Every mask must have exactly the same dimensions and position as the original render.
* The editable area must be white, while the rest must be transparent or black.
* Masks must follow the exact edges and perspective of every surface.
* The masks must not cover stools, chairs, lamps, plants, decorations, handles, faucets, appliances, beds, sofas, TVs or other objects placed in front.
* Create a transparent `foreground.png` layer with all objects that must remain above the applied textures.
* Preserve the original shadows, highlights and lighting so the final result remains realistic.
* Deliver one organized and editable PSD file for each room.
* Export every mask as a transparent PNG ready for web use.

### Important requirements

* Do not crop the masks to the individual object. Every mask must use the full original image canvas.
* The floor mask must exclude furniture, rugs, beds, sofas, tables and all objects placed above it.
* Table and countertop masks must exclude decorative objects, vases, bowls, faucets and accessories.
* Furniture masks must exclude handles and objects positioned in front.
* The PSD files must remain layered, editable and clearly organized.
* Layers and exported files must have descriptive names.
* Avoid blurred edges, empty spaces or white halos.
* The finished files will be used on a commercial website, so commercial usage rights must be included.


Before hiring for all four renders, I would like a small paid test using the kitchen image:

1. One cabinet section
2. The kitchen island furniture
3. The island countertop
4. The floor

The test should demonstrate that textures remain inside the correct surfaces, follow the perspective and do not overlap stools, decorations or other foreground objects.
