Commercial Site Plan Rendering

I have a commercial parcel that now needs a clean, presentation-ready site plan render. The drawing must go beyond a simple outline: it should accurately show the full building footprints and the planned landscaping so investors can immediately understand how the structures sit on the lot and how green areas frame them.

Source files in DWG or RVT are available; you are welcome to work in photoshop , or an equivalent toolset, so long as the final graphics are delivered in both high-resolution JPEG/PNG for slide decks and a layered PDF for quick mark-ups.

Deliverables
• One master rendered site plan at print-ready resolution (minimum A2, 300 dpi)
• A second, lighter web version for email sharing
• Native editable file (DWG/RVT/SKP)

Acceptance criteria
• Building footprints match supplied CAD coordinates exactly
• Landscaping elements sit in their correct zones and use the provided plant palette
• Colours, line weights, and legends remain clear when the file is printed at A2 and when zoomed to 200 % on screen
• Up to two refinement rounds included within 48 hours of feedback each time
