Commercial Building Elevation Renders

I’m commissioning a set of high-quality elevation renders for a new commercial building. The core requirement is clear, realistic exterior imagery that I can use for client presentations and municipal submissions.

Scope
• Produce photorealistic renders for all visible elevations (front, rear, and sides).
• Show accurate material finishes, lighting, and surrounding context that reflects a professional commercial setting.
• Provide both daytime and evening views to highlight façade treatments.

Deliverables
1. High-resolution JPEG/PNG files (minimum 4K) for each elevation.
2. Source file from your preferred 3-D package (Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, etc.) so I can request revisions later if needed.
3. One round of minor revisions included once I review the first draft.

I haven’t locked down the exact floor count or architectural style yet, so feel free to recommend what you think best suits a contemporary commercial development. If you need reference plans or additional context, let me know and I’ll supply them right away.

Turnaround: an initial draft in one week would be ideal, with final images shortly after revisions.
