Commercial Architectural Design & Visualization

I’m finalising a contemporary commercial scheme and need immediate support developing the architectural design. The job centres on translating my concept sketches and zoning studies into coordinated documentation and visuals that a client committee can sign off without further tweaks.

Scope
• Refine floor plans, elevations and sections in AutoCAD.
• Build a clean, well-layered 3D model in SketchUp or Rhino.
• Generate a small set of photorealistic Lumion / Enscape renders that capture a minimal, modern aesthetic consistent with the brand guidelines I will provide.

Timing
The project is marked “ASAP.” I’ll supply all reference material on award, then expect an initial draft package within a few days and the final, presentation-ready set shortly after we iterate.

Acceptance
The work is complete when:
1. CAD drawings align with local drafting standards and my red-line comments.
2. The 3D model is free of geometry errors and ready for future BIM export.
3. At least five high-resolution renders (day and dusk) clearly convey materiality and lighting.
4. All source files and a print-ready PDF pack are delivered.
