Coastal Historic Exterior Renderings

I’m renovating a home and need a set of exterior renderings that capture a distinctly coastal yet historic feel. The building already has character; what I’m missing is a clear, photorealistic vision of how its façade, rooflines, and trim details will look once the renovation is complete. Modern or colonial concepts won’t work here—every image needs to lean into breezy seaside charm while preserving the architectural details that give the house its period authenticity.

You’ll take my existing elevations, reference photos, and material notes and translate them into polished, high-resolution renderings suitable for both planning approvals and contractor hand-offs. Accurate proportions, true-to-life lighting, and crisp textures are crucial because these images will guide final design decisions.

Deliverables
• 2–3 high-resolution exterior perspectives (street view, angled corner, and backyard if feasible)
• Source files in an editable format (SketchUp, Revit, or similar), plus flattened PNG/JPEG versions
• One round of revisions focused on fine-tuning architectural trim, siding, and window details
