Cloud Kitchen Outlet Interior Design
Budget: ₹60,000 – ₹95,000 INR
I have 2,600 sq ft on the ground floor of an industrial building in Noida Sector 63 that I’m turning into a combined experience centre, event venue, and retail point for my cloud-kitchen brands. Roughly half—around 1,300 sq ft—already houses the production kitchen and two washrooms and will remain untouched. The other half is a blank canvas that now needs a full interior concept and, if you offer it, turnkey execution.
My priority is a customer-centric environment that can shift effortlessly between a sales outlet and pre-booked workshops or private gatherings. Flexible seating, an integrated audio-visual setup, and product displays that double as branding features are must-haves. I’m open on overall style; modern, minimalist, industrial, or a hybrid solution can all work as long as the space feels inviting and practical. Your guidance after an on-site meeting will steer the final direction.
Key goals
• Fluid zoning that makes the journey from entry to checkout intuitive.
• Fast reconfiguration for events without compromising day-to-day retail use.
• Durable, code-compliant finishes and lighting that elevate the brand story.
If you’re submitting a design-only proposal, I’ll need detailed plans, mood boards, 3-D renders, and a BOQ ready for tender. If you can take on design-and-build, outline your process, milestones, and site supervision model so we can weigh a D&C contract.
Please include in your response:
1. A portfolio showing similar hospitality or retail projects.
2. A brief on how you’ll balance flexibility, AV integration, and customer experience in this setting.
3. Your preferred engagement model and projected timeline.
Site visits are encouraged so we can finalise storage, ceiling heights, and MEP routing around the existing kitchen. I’m ready to begin as soon as the right partner is identified, with a realistic but firm launch schedule.
