Chief Architect Post-Frame Plans
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
For each residential post-frame project I’ll send you a brief, rough building sketches, and property screenshots. From that material I need a full drawing package produced in Chief Architect or the like, including a floor plan, elevations, renderings, and a site plan. Deliverables within 24 hours or less of receiving the files in PDF format
Because these buildings are residential, appearance matters: trim lines, roof proportions, and overall curb appeal to my geo-location should read clearly in both the drawings and renders. Interior work is minimal; most of the visual effort can stay on the shell and façade.
Deliverables for every job:
• Scaled floor plan (Chief Architect file + PDF)
• Elevations
• High-resolution renders
• Site plan placed on the parcel from the county mapping website
