I have a transitional-style kitchen to plan and I need someone who already works comfortably in Chief Architect and understands the quirks of ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinet lines. I’ll supply the room measurements, appliance specs, and the RTA catalog; what I’m missing is a clean, construction-ready layout and convincing visuals I can hand to both my installer and the homeowners.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A precise Chief Architect file showing the full layout, with correct cabinet codes, clear dimensions, and notes for installation.
• High-quality 3D perspectives and at least two photorealistic renders that capture the transitional look we’re after—think balanced mix of modern and traditional elements, not overtly rustic or ultra-sleek.
I’m taking care of cabinet selection and finish choices myself, so you can stay focused on layout planning and the rendering side. Accuracy with wall elevations, appliance clearances, and ceiling height changes is key; I’ll be checking the file for clash detection before sign-off.
