Castle-Style Mixed-Use Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹5,000 INR
I’m bringing a 30,000–40,000 sq ft G+1 project to life and I want it to feel like a royal palace or castle, yet function with today’s comforts. The program is mixed-use: grand public areas such as sweeping halls and a show-stopping ballroom, paired with a private wing of luxurious bedroom suites.
Performance matters as much as appearance. From the earliest sketches I need allowances for energy-efficient systems and a fully integrated modern security network. If you have experience coordinating HVAC, daylight-harvesting façades, CCTV and access-control runs in tandem with distinctive architecture, that’s exactly what I’m after.
Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Complete blueprint package—floor plans, elevations, sections and roof plan ready for permitting
• Photo-realistic 3D renders (exterior and key interiors) that capture the “castle with a modern touch” brief
• MEP coordination overlays that reserve space for the specified energy-efficient and security systems
• Concise material and finish palette illustrating façade stonework, accent trims and interior highlights
