Bohemian Brick Villa Elevation

I’m ready to move from mood-board to built reality and need a creative mind to shape the full exterior elevation of my new villa. The look is unmistakably bohemian, yet refined: brick as the hero material, dressed in warm earthy tones and finished with touches of vintage décor that feel collected, not staged.

What I expect from you
• Scaled front, side and rear elevation drawings that clearly show material breaks and detailing
• At least two high-resolution 3D perspective renders capturing day and evening ambience
• A concise material-and-color board confirming brick types, earthy paint or stain references and the vintage accent pieces you propose
• Source files (DWG or RVT for drawings, plus editable 3D file—SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) so my contractor can work seamlessly from your work

Acceptance criteria
The elevations must:
1. Feature brick on every primary facade, allowing only minimal secondary cladding where functionally required.
2. Stay within an earthy palette (think terracotta, muted olives, sandy beiges).
3. Integrate vintage décor elements in a way that feels organic to the architecture—arched brick niches, reclaimed wooden shutters, aged metal lanterns, etc.

If you feel a subtle hint of natural textures or woven patterns would heighten the boho mood, propose it; I’m open, as long as vintage remains the star.
