3D Architectural Visualization Animations
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m preparing a new architectural concept and need it presented through high-impact 3D animations. While the overall project also involves refining plans and layout studies, the animation sequence is my clear priority because it will drive client approvals and stakeholder buy-in.
Scope
You’ll turn my CAD drawings and reference sketches into a cinematic fly-through that communicates space, materials, lighting, and circulation. Subtle camera moves, realistic textures, and accurate daylight studies are important; stylized effects are not. Typical environments I work with range from single-family houses to mid-rise commercial interiors, so flexibility in scale is appreciated.
Deliverables
• One fully rendered animation (60–90 seconds) in 4K and 1080p H.264
• Source files for the 3D scene (preferred: 3ds Max, Blender, or Cinema 4D with organized layers)
• Two or three high-resolution stills extracted from key frames for presentation boards
Timeline & Collaboration
Expect an iterative process: I’ll supply reference files on day one, review a low-res animatic within the first week, then provide consolidated feedback for the final pass. I handle sound design and post-editing, so you can focus on modelling, lighting, and rendering. Standard collaboration tools—Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer—are fine for asset exchange.
What I’d like to see in your bid
Please link to past work that shows architectural animation specifically; still renders alone won’t give me enough insight into your motion skills. Briefly outline the software you’ll use and your typical turnaround time for projects of similar length. No need for a long proposal—strong, relevant examples will speak for themselves.
I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right animator and will respond quickly to qualified portfolios.
