3D Architectural Rendering of House

I need a 3D rendering of a hand-drawn architectural drawing for a 2.5-story house, approximately 3,000 sq ft. The topology of the land is in AutoCAD and will be provided.

Requirements:
- Use AutoCAD for 3D rendering
- Smart interpretation of non-exact drawings
- Accurate 3D color rendering of the house on the lot with provided topology
- Exterior only, with colors provided by me
- Incorporate trees and real lot setting from photos I will send
