Architectural Floor Plan Drafting
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need detailed architectural floor plans produced in Autodesk software. You will be turning my sketches and notes into clean, accurate drawings that can be issued to consultants and expanded later into full construction documentation.
The drawings must be created entirely in AutoCAD or Revit, drawn to real-world scale, and organised on sensible layers so elevations and sections could be added in the future. Please include walls, doors, windows, fixtures, room names and clear overall and partial dimensions.
Deliverables
• Dimensioned floor plan in the native Autodesk file format (.dwg or .rvt)
• PDF sheet ready for printing at 1:100 or 1/8" = 1'-0"
• All line work cleaned (no duplicate or stray entities) and layers named to a recognised standard
I will provide hand sketches, reference photos and a title block. A quick call is available at kickoff to clarify anything. Ideally, I’d like the first draft within a week, with one revision round included.
Please share a sample of similar floor plans you have produced in AutoCAD or Revit so I can gauge line quality and annotation style. I’m excited to see your work and get this plan ready for the next phase.
