Architect's Floor Plan to 3D Model
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Description:
I have an architectural floor plan in AutoCAD 2D format (.dwg) and I need a professional 3D designer to convert it into a realistic and accurate 3D model.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar 3D modeling software.
• High attention to detail to match the original 2D plan.
• Include both interior and exterior modeling.
• Provide the final file in a common 3D format (.skp, .3ds, .fbx, etc.) along with high-quality renders.
Deliverables:
• Editable 3D model file.
• Rendered images from multiple angles.
Note:
Attached is my 2D AutoCAD floor plan (.dwg) and a preview image (pdf). Please review the files before submitting your proposal. I am looking for a high-quality and realistic 3D model that accurately reflects the provided plan, with clean geometry and attention to detail.
