Various community sketch designs -- 2

I am looking for a skilled designer who can create various community sketch designs for a medium-sized residential area. The primary purpose of the designs is to create a traditional architectural style that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I would prefer someone who has experience in designing traditional residential areas and can create unique designs that stand out. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills to ensure that the design meets my specific requirements. The community should have approximately 50-200 units, and the designer should be able to incorporate all the necessary features, including parks, walkways, and other recreational areas.
