Tropical Recreation Complex
Budget: $10 – $1,000 USD
I have a hand-drawn layout and a full land survey for a lush site in the Dominican Republic and need them converted into construction-ready documents and vivid visualisations. The concept blends a family recreation area, an open-maze airsoft field, and a casual restaurant, all expressed in a warm, rustic character and built with mixed materials that suit local construction practices.
You will translate my sketch into accurate blueprints, integrate the survey data, and shape a coherent site plan that highlights three key features: the large natural swimming pond framed by rock walls, the restaurant with generous seating, and the airsoft maze. Vehicular access, parking flow, and a welcoming main entrance must read clearly on the drawings.
For presentation and permitting I’ll need both 2D and 3D outputs. Please supply:
• Complete site plan and architectural drawings in PDF and DWG, ready for local engineers to stamp.
• A 3D model of the entire property plus exterior renders that convey atmosphere—think tropical vegetation, stone accents, and timber details.
Let me know the software you prefer (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, etc.), share similar projects you have executed, and outline a realistic timeline from concept refinement to final files.
